making mud gorgeous. why shouldn't you feather your own nest?

open up!

a little tip in making your home a happy nest..

open up!
comfort & calm in a home doesn't just come from the visual aspects & accessories but also the air we breathe in.  often the air inside our homes & offices can sometimes be more polluted than the air outdoors.

at least once a week, open two windows in two different rooms to let fresh
air sweep away any stale yin air in your rooms.

it is an instant energy boost - even better to do on a sunny day to bring vibrant
yang energy which apparently attracts good fortune!

the little things we do around the home can also help - try & use low toxin products around your home (for cleaning you cant beat bicarb soda & white vinegar),  reduce odours (keep smelly shoes outside, empty the garbage every day), light scented candles, oils & reed fragrance diffusers for uplifting sweet smells, for better breathing lush indoor plants absorb carbon dioxide & transform it into oxygen, keep windows clean to let in as much natural light, fill vases of fresh flowers!

all are not new ideas, but we can be inspired when reminded..

be happy in your nest!
