firstly to explain why i have called it 'mud'. as i was playing around with my initial designs,
myself & the kitchen table covered in white clay & pondering what i could call my range,
my gorgeous son came up to me & said 'mummy, you are making such a big mess
with all that mud inside!' i was sure i had heard myself tell him that before,
but nether the less the word 'mud' was perfect!
i was wanting something different to add a little touch to a few gifts i was giving
& i also needed to sort out my pantry. i love working with clay & with the nest concept
of inspiring you to sort & feather your nest, 'mud by nest' was created!
each tag is individually designed & handmade with tlc using white clay which we have
designed in true nest style in keeping it simple & in natural form - so no two clay tags are the
same & none will be perfect (but pretty close!) giving each tag the
rustic clay charm we absolutely adore!

our adorable little mud tags can be used to -
tie to a gift, bunch of flowers, jar of homemade treats or home baked loafs
write a message on & give instead of a card
decorate a vintage or wine bottle, jar, tin, vase, candle or table set
sort your nest & write on & tie as labels to baskets, drawers, boxes, bedlinen or pantry items
paint bright colours (acrylic paint is best), write messages (we love to use gel pens)
glue onto a card or gift, tie with gorgous ribbon & hang & decorate anywhere!
give & share as a gift or keep & love for yourself!
